ACIC predominantly writes private passenger automobile and homeowners insurance in 11 states. Citation offers a preferred risk homeowners product and a separate rating tier for preferred commercial automobile business in Massachusetts. The company markets its products through its network of independent agents. The Commerce Group was founded in 1971 and is based in Webster, Massachusetts.
