As of December 31, 2006, Baytex Energy Trust had proved and probable reserves of approximately 6,600.2 Mbbl of light and medium crude oil; 96,109 Mbbl of heavy oil; 121.4 Bcf of natural gas; and 3727.0 Mbbl of natural gas liquids.
