The company also provides on-site administrative support services, including program management, maintenance of on-site medical records and employee recruitment, scheduling, continuing education and quality assurance, medical audits, credentialing, and clinical program development activities. In addition, it distributes pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to inmates of correctional facilities; and provides clinical pharmacy services. The company was founded in 1978 and is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee.
