As of December 31, 2004, the bank operated through nine branch offices located in New Castle, Middletown, Knightstown, Morristown, Greenfield, Anderson, Avon, McCordsville, and New Palestine, Indiana. The company was founded in 1890 and is based in New Castle, Indiana.
