In addition, the company provides retirement planning, trust, and estate administration services for individuals; and pension, profit-sharing, and employee benefit plan administration for corporations. It operates primarily in northern New York state in Warren, Washington, Saratoga, Essex, and Clinton counties and surrounding areas. As of December 31, 2004, the company operated 22 branch offices. Arrow Financial was founded in 1851 and is headquartered in Glens Falls, New York.
