It sells its wireless communications products to original equipment manufacturers and other wireless equipment contract manufacturers. The company markets its products through direct sales force, distributors, and sales representatives worldwide. Anaren was founded in 1967 by Hugh A. Hair and Carl W. Gerst and is headquartered in East Syracuse, New York.
