It also arranges access to additional services from third-party providers, including physical therapy, occupational and respiratory therapy, home health, hospice, and pharmacy services. As of December 31, 2006, Assisted Living Concepts operated 207 assisted living residences containing 8,302 units in 17 states. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
