The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the S&P Asia 50 Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of assets in securities that comprise the index, including ADRs, GDRs, or EDRs. The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index that is designed to measure the performance of the 50 leading companies from four Asian countries: Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan. The fund is nondiversified.
