The company has collaboration agreement with Glaxo Group Limited for the development and commercialization of Entereg in multiple indications. It also has a license agreement with EpiCept Corporation to develop and commercialize a sterile lidocaine patch in North America. Adolor was formed in 1993 and is headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania.
