The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Clear Spin-off Index.
The index is comprised of approximately 40 U.S. stocks and ADRs. The universe includes companies that have been spun-off within that past two years. There are no limits on market capitalization. The index generally includes companies with less than a $10 billion market capitalization. The fund is nondiversified.
CLAYMORE/CLEAR GLOBAL TIMBER INDEX (CUT)
The investment seeks results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fees and expenses, of the Clear Global Timber index.
The fund normally invests at least 90% of total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts that comprise the Clear Global Timber index. It seeks a correlation over time of 0.95 or better between its performance and the performance of the index.

Pelican Financial, Inc. operates as the holding company for Pelican National Bank (bank). The bank primarily provides retail banking services primarily in Naples, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers in Florida. It accepts time and demand deposits from the general public; and originates secured and unsecured consumer, commercial, commercial real estate, residential construction, and single-family residential mortgage loans, as well as home equity and personal lines of credit. Pelican National also offers other services, including money orders, traveler's checks, cashier's checks and savings bonds, wire transfer and direct deposit services, and safe deposit boxes. As of December 31, 2004, the bank operated six branches in Florida. Pelican Financial was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The Intellidex is comprised of 75 U.S. mid cap value stocks selected principally on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by the AMEX, the Intellidex provider.
DYNAMIC ENERGY EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION (PXE)
