INTERNET INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDRS (IIH)
The investment seeks to diversify your investment in the Internet infrastructure segment of the Internet industry through a single, exchange-listed instrument representing your undivided beneficial ownership of the underlying securities.
The trust holds shares of common stock issued by specified companies that, when initially selected, were involved in the Internet infrastructure segment of the Internet industry. Except when a reconstitution event, distribution of securities by an underlying issuer or other event occurs, the group of companies will not change. There are currently 14 companies included in the Internet Infrastructure HOLDRS.
ISHARES S&P MIDCAP 400 GROWTH INDEX FUN (IJK)
The investment seeks investment results that correspond closely to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P MidCap 400/BARRA Growth Index.
The fund invests at least 90% of assets in the mid-capitalization growth sector of the U.S. equity market. DYNAMIC TECHNOLOGY SECTOR PORTFOLIO (PTF)
Petrofund Energy Trust, an oil and gas royalty trust, engages in the acquisition and management of petroleum and natural gas rights and royalties, and related property rights and interests primarily in western Canada. The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Petrofund Corp. (Petrofund), produces light and medium oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. Its properties are located in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. As of December 31, 2004, Petrofund had proved plus probable gross reserves of 86 MMbbls of oil, 283.7 bcf of natural gas, and 8.3 MMbbls of natural gas liquids, as well as owned undeveloped land totaling 547,829 gross acres and 231,120 net acres. The company was founded by John F. Driscoll in 1988 as NCE Petrofund I. It changed its name to NCE Petrofund in 1996 and to Petrofund Energy Trust in 2003. Petrofund Energy is headquartered in Calgary, Canada. Petrofund Energy Trust acquired Kaiser Energy, Ltd., a private Canadian company, in December 2005.

The Intellidex is comprised of 75 U.S. mid cap growth stocks selected principally on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by the AMEX, the Intellidex provider.
DYNAMIC OTC PORTFOLIO (PWO)
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of an equity index called Dynamic Market Intellidex.
The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the OTC Intellidex. It will generally invest in all of the stocks comprising the OTC Intellidex in proportion to their weighting in the OTC Intellidex. The Market Intellidex is comprised of over 100 US stocks selevted each quarter by the American Stock Exchange .
