POWERSHARES EXCHANGE-TRADED FUND TRUST (PUA)

The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of the equity index called the QSG Asia-Pacific Opportunities Index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of its total assets in stocks that comprise the QSG Asia-Pacific Opportunities Index and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") based on the stocks in the QSG Asia-Pacific Opportunities Index. It will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of companies domiciled in Asia Pacific countries or primarily listed on an exchange in such countries. It is nondiversified.

POWERSHARES EXCHANGE-TRADED FUND TRUST (PZT)

The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the Merrill Lynch New York Insured Long-Term Core Municipal Securities Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of assets in municipal securities that are exempt from federal income tax, New York State income tax and New York City income tax. The index is designed to track the performance of US dollar-denominated investment grade tax-exempt debt publicly issued by New York or Puerto Rico, or their political subdivisions, in the US domestic market. The fund is nondiversified.

MERRILL LYNCH UTILITIES HOLDRS (UTH)

The investment seeks to diversify your investment in the utilities industry through a single, exchange- listed instrument representing your undivided beneficial ownership of the underlying securities. The trust holds shares of common stock issued by specified companies that, when initially selected, were involved in the utilities industry. Except when a reconstitution event, distribution of securities by an underlying issuer or other event occurs, the group of companies will not change. There are currently 20 companies included in the Utilities HOLDRS.

VANGUARD VALUE ETF (VTV)

The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of large-capitalization value stocks. The fund employs a passive management investment approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US Prime Market Value Index, a broadly diversified index of the stocks of large U.S. companies. The fund attempts to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index.
